• Items must be:
o Unused and in original condition
o In original packaging (including tags and protective covers)
• Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notification.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7
working days.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (including express shipping) are non-refundable.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description.
We will provide a free replacement or refund only for eligible damage/defect claims. Keep all packaging until resolution.
