Shipping Policy


At DEVA, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably, while
maintaining transparency throughout the shipping process.


🚚Shipping Locations


We currently ship to addresses within Germany, all EU countries, and selected
international destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at
contact@deva-international.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


📦Order Processing


Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping
confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

📤Delivery & Carrier Information


All orders are shipped via DHL.


• Within Germany: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
• Within the EU: Orders are generally delivered within 4 to 8 business days.
• International: Delivery may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location
and customs processing.


Please note that all delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as
customs, peak seasons, and local delivery conditions.


💸Shipping Costs


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly
communicated on our website or via email.


🌍Customs & Import Duties


For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other
applicable charges may be imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs processing

🔎Tracking Your Shipment


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL
tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


❗Delivery Delays & Issues


While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, DEVA Internationale Handels UG is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or any circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

📬Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Any additional shipping costs incurred in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.
